I met Bryan, CEO of SysMega, through a referral while looking for a reliable, affordable, and knowledgeable I.T. company. A mutual colleague introduced us, and I informed Bryan what my business was looking for. I wanted a network created that would allow my employees to share files, save documents, have access to all the company’s information, and be able to remotely work with cybersecurity in place. I worked for a large company prior to starting my business, so I had them, SysMega, and myself on a conference call to assure that what SysMega was going to provide, was in

Once I had made a decision, they immediately ordered all necessary equipment and materials, delivered them to my office, set up everything, and gave me a thorough
tutorial on how to set up everything and troubleshoot for any possible errors in the future. They even assisted with getting some office equipment online and to the network. They have been in constant communication with me to verify that everything is working as promised. Their professionalism, knowledge, affordability, and customer service have been outstanding!
